Everything that you want comes with a price and depending how much you want it, it depends on how challenging making the team will be. Before we get started you have to understand that you want do the work and trying to quickly read this and hoping it 'gets to the point' is the first mistake that you'll make. I can give you all the information in the world, but if you don't become a student then it serves no justice. If you don't embrace it and make it a part of who you are, you'll fall short. That's the truth of it all.

Importance Of Angles Explained
Here we break down the importance of staying on a direct line to the rim (especially when practicing) to ensure the best possible angle.
You'll see where the bad habit is in most athletes and you probably do it as well without realizing it. This small adjustment here will make you a better finisher.
Ask yourself, "when I drive to the rim, am I ensure the the path I take is in a straight line each rep?"
Film Study Section
We are directing our attention to the timing of our dribble and feet. Both must be on the same page if we want to be successful on beating the defense.
Being quick and/or strong may work depending on who's guarding you, but being intentional and precise with your movements will have you consistent no matter the opponent.
